• Lead the production, editing, and distribution of monthly podcast episodes for The Broadcast, the University of Edinburgh's student podcast, for The Broad Online.

• Co-host each episode discussing the relationships between visual media, film, television and literature with current cultural topics.

• Collaborate with The Broad’s Editor-in-Chief and the Podcast Assistant to coordinate production, contact guests, book spaces and strategize digital marketing for the podcast across social media, working to tight deadlines. 

 

Aveni AI, Marketing Intern (Edinburgh, UK) 

September – December 2024                                       

• Collaborated with the Chief Marketing Officer of one of Scotland’s leading B2B fintech companies to develop and execute digital and social media marketing strategies.  Designed a LinkedIn strategy to drive client engagement of Aveni’s 15,000 client base followers. Researched, wrote and distributed biweekly posts and polls about current topics in financial services.

• Worked with Sales team to create and organize a detailed database of 200 potential financial advisory clients, and PR team to research and create a 12-month industry awards schedule database

• Reviewed and upgraded Wordpress website design using Figma and Elementor. Improved SEO optimization by updating legacy pages and embedding tags.

June 2024                                                      

• Worked closely with the Head of Development at Spun Gold TV, the factual-entertainment television production division. Produced in-depth research and wrote multi-genre development pitches and treatments under tight deadlines.

• Proposed, researched and pitched original factual television ideas in brainstorming sessions. Two of my pitches were selected for further development after I left the internship. 

• Assisted the Love Monday studio team with production of The Royal Beat talk show, streamed on True Royalty TV. Organized and distributed scripts to the crew. Greeted high profile panel guests with warm professionalism.

 

CalTV, Producer/Entertainment Department Member (Berkeley, CA) 

August 2023 – May 2024      

• Launched and hosted an Artist Chats series with musicians visiting the Bay Area. Executed the entire process of my interview with DJ Fatboy Slim by initiating contact with him directly, liaising with his team, assembling a film crew, organizing call-sheets, developing questions, scouting locations, and managing logistics. 

• Produced content for CalTV’s Youtube, Instagram and Tiktok with the Entertainment team, increasing viewership by 32% in one month by creating viral street interview videos that amassed over 300,000 views. 

• Voted Member of the Semester in my first semester.

 

Cecilia Lunaparra for City Council, Campaign Marketing Team (Berkeley, CA)    

January – May 2024

• Contributed to the successful grassroots campaign of Cecilia Lunaparra, District 7’s first undergraduate, Latina, and youngest ever Councilmember.

• Leveraged the Berkeley Panhellenic network by contacting the President of every sorority and fraternity to organize campaign presentations at their weekly chapter meetings. This resulted in over half of Cecilia’s voters being new voters.

 

Gauche Magazine, Social Media Intern (London, UK)

January – May 2023

• Curated and published three posts per week, sourcing and updating a 600+ image pool to maintain Gauche Magazine’s distinctive aesthetic.

• Maintained a visually harmonious Instagram feed by thoughtfully sequencing posts, avoiding stark contrasts, and gradually evolving the magazine’s visual tone.

• Collaborated with the Editors-in-Chief and Creative Director to align social media content with Gauche’s editorial vision, featuring key fashion icons and cultural moments.

• Greeted and discretely interacted with high-profile clients of a luxury/super-prime residential building.

• Toured prospective residents around the facilities. Monitored attendance on the system.

• Co-founded a creative collective to promote London’s young creative talent and provide collaboration events for student musicians, poets and artists.

• Organized a poetry, art and live music event, managing communication with the venue and talent. Marketed the event through social media, selling out the venue with over 200 tickets and making a profit over production costs.

• Collaborated with the founder to shape Ciao Buttercup’s early digital marketing strategy, establishing a distinct social media presence. Researched influencers and digital talent to contact for promotional content.
